Check existing units:
The GPC facilitates not only the design of new units, but also the recalculation of existing ones. For this purpose activate the input mask "unit selection" and then the item "calculate single unit". Then select in the input mask "thermodynamics" the calculation mode "calculate capacity" and enter data. If deviations concerning an existing data sheet occur during the recalculation, the thermodynamic GPC calculation resolves unclarities. You especially need to check if humidity, geodetic height, air temperature, frost thickness, superheating and subcooling temperatures have been defined correctly. Selected accessories such as epoxy-coated fins, air sock connections or stainless steel tubes also have a bearing on the performance of the units!
