Selection of thermostatic expansion valves:

Since all Güntner freon evaporators for the refrigerants R134a and R404A/R507 can be now ordered with a thermostatic expansion valve included, the Güntner design software GPC was recently upgraded with a TEV module. With this module the user can design thermostatic expansion valves accurately to the prevailing operating conditions and eliminates the need to use any other software, such as that of an expansion valve manufacturer, and to enter the operating conditions again. The module also calculates and issues the minimum condensing temperature and the valve opening percentage at design mode.
